Lakes Region Nursing Care and Comfort, L.L.C. (“Care and Comfort Nursing”) is a home health agency that provides skilled nursing and home health aide services in Belknap, Grafton and Merrimack counties for acutely and chronically ill and/or disabled children and adults, allowing them to remain at home in their least restrictive environment with family support. Families straining under the overwhelming medical needs of loved ones have an alternative to hospitalization or institutionalization. Care & Comfort provides a range of home care services to help meet the needs of the infirmed family member, while keeping him/her at home and active in family affairs. Care & Comfort’s in-home services are for patients of all ages. Out professionals are available for short and long-term commitments.
