Our Mission
| Lakes Region Nursing Care and Comfort, L.L.C. (“Care and Comfort Nursing”) is a home health agency organized to provide skilled nursing and home health aide services in Belknap, Carroll, Grafton and Merrimack Counties for acutely and chronically ill and/or disabled children and adults, allowing them to remain at home in their least restrictive environment with family support. |

Families straining under the overwhelming medical
needs of loved ones have an alternative to hospitalization or
institutionalization. Care & Comfort
provides a wide range of home care services to help meet the needs of the
infirmed family member, while keeping him/her at home and active in family
affairs.

Care & Comfort's in-home services are for patients of all
ages. Our professionals are available for short or long-term
commitments.

Care & Comfort makes an effort to conduct visits with the least disruption to family life and daily activities, ensuring continuation of family unity. We are able to provide skilled block-time nursing services for adults and children. We believe acute and chronically ill children need integrated, consistent and creative medical, community and state-level approaches to improve health outcomes. |
